Butterflies – from the Jinky retreat – London Family Photographer

A week ago today I was introduced to a very lovely bunch of ladies & re-introduced to the lovely Barb of Jinky Art ( we had met some years previously in San Francisco, but that’s another story) for an intensive couple of days of learning, questioning and challenges to (for me) get those creative ideas flowing again, and all I can tell you is that my mind is running at a 1000 mph & the hand is struggling to keep up with the notes.

I have to say it was one of the best workshops I have ever been on. ( and yes peeps, we do go back from time to time and refesh our minds as there is always something new to learn and explore creatively). I am really looking forward to putting some of those ideas into practice, and some of you already know & and have opted for the more editorial / styled shoot, that we are going to have some fun in our up coming sessions. In the meantime I wanted to share some images from the retreat shoots, these are designed and set up by Barb and the 17 photographers “papped” away. More to come soon plus a few out takes ;)

Baby London Magazine, & other news – London family Photographer

It’s been a crazy busy couple of weeks what with one thing and another, we are busy planning and streamlining options for you all, which will include the option of an editorial/styled shoot. I can’t wait to share these as my head is buzzing with ideas. (also helped by a photography retreat with the amazing Barb Uil of Jinky art. ) We will also be doing another 24 hour groupon type offer soon so please check out the newsletter which will give you the heads up.

Finally I get to share again. I got to work with four amazing families for this issue , just a little taste below.

Round & round the garden, like a teddy bear…. – London Family Photographer

….one step, two step, tickley under there. Little W was just full of smiles and giggles for our session last weekend and I’m sure he slept well after all the excitment.
