Mr & Mrs

It’s been a crazy week with back to back editorial shoots, I’ve only now had time to start processing again and get some of my private previews out.

This way my first wedding of 2009 and I was more than a little anxious I have to confess, covering 4 locations and racing the bride and groom in a  helicopter to the reception venue were just a few elements of the day, but I will never be said that I don’t like a challenge.

M&T, many congratulations enjoy this preview.

And baby makes 4

This little guy arrived a earlier than expected, so at 8 days old and weighing in at just  5 lb 6 oz I got to spend Thursday afternoon with C, his very protective big sis and two very proud parents. I’m now convinced that big sis is defiantly going to be famous one day as she has an instinctive dislike for camera’s! That being said she is as cute as a button and after some bribery involving chocolate she warmed up ;)

Congratulations J&K, Enjoy

Art… Bill Brandt

We (me and my eldest J) were busy working on a few bits for her art project. She has been studying the work of Bill Brandt, an amazing photographer who created some stunning work based on the female form. Vistit Bill Brandt to view his work.

We tried to recreate and use some of our own interpretation to get the style of Bill’s photography, we headed down to Dorset hoping to find a quiet beach! On a bank holiday weekend maybe not the best place to try and get these shots, but exams are looming and time is limited so we made do ;)

I hope you enjoy our attempt to interpret this great mans work.
